👋 Hey, I’m Grace, and I’m passionate about pinpointing customer issues and uncovering valuable solutions. I am always striving for growth in my surroundings and myself.
My first jobs were all in the hospitality industry, where I started growing professional customer service habits at a young age. I turned negative customer experiences into positive ones through active listening and fast thinking.
This year, I worked as a customer service specialist at Mister along with serving on the weekends. My interpersonal skills and time management have been able to thrive while working in two fast-paced customer satisfaction positions. Within the first two months at Mister, I was a top seller of our plans.
In November Black Metal Apparel flew me to Pigeon Forge to work the floor at the Iges trade show as a sales rep. I went in with no prior training and came out writing orders and creating solid leads for the business.
